This notice explains how we process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German BDSG.
Last updated 18/08/2026Controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR: [TBC — legal entity name], [TBC — registered address], Germany, [TBC — e-mail address]. Data protection contact: [TBC].
Fitting data (your Cut): height in cm, weight in kg, age range, build and fit preferences you enter during the fitting, and the Cut derived from them.
Account and order data: name, e-mail address, delivery and billing address, order history, payment status, communication with our support team.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and consent choices.
Performance of the purchase contract and delivery of your order, including using your Cut to size every future order — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Compliance with commercial and tax retention duties — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Shop security, fraud prevention and improving our fit model — legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Newsletter, marketing e-mails and non-essential cookies or analytics — your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time with effect for the future.
Your measurements are saved to your profile so that every future order uses this Cut, automatically. Until you create an account, the Cut is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing site data or by asking us to erase your profile.
We use service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR: our e-commerce and checkout platform, payment service providers, shipping carriers, e-mail delivery and customer support tooling, and hosting providers. They receive only the data required for their task.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional safeguards.
Essential cookies are required to operate the shop, keep your cart and remember your consent; these run on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you give consent, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.
Order and invoice data is retained for the statutory periods of six to ten years under the German HGB and AO. Account and fitting data is kept until you delete your account. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to [TBC — e-mail address].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the data protection authority of your federal state in Germany.
Providing order data is necessary to conclude a contract. Providing fitting data is voluntary, but without it we cannot derive your Cut.
