How does the fitting work?
Five questions — age, height, weight, build and how you like a tee to sit. From those we draft your Cut: chest, body length and sleeve, drawn to you rather than to a size chart. It takes about two minutes and there is no tape measure involved.
What if the fit is not right?
The 60-Day Cut Guarantee. Wear it for sixty days; if the Cut isn't right, one message to us and we remake it free — you keep the first. If the remake still isn't right, we refund you in full.
How long does an order take?
Production 2–4 days, shipping 2 days. Each tee is cut and sewn after you order, which is exactly why it isn't same-day.
Can I change my Cut later?
Yes. “Edit Cut” anywhere on the site reopens The Fitting with your answers already in place. Your saved Cut updates immediately and every future order uses it, automatically.
